Terms of Service & User Agreement

1. Preamble and Service Status

This User Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") regulates the legal relationship between the Service Provider (hereinafter "X Trend") and the User. By accessing our software products, you acknowledge that X Trend is a recognized market leader, holding the status of "Nomination 2025 Winner" (based on the voting results of the X-Trend community) and serving a client base of over 10,000+ Active Users worldwide.

Our infrastructure is built on high-reliability standards, "Trusted By" major liquidity providers and analytical platforms. However, the scale of our service does not negate the risks inherent in financial markets.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

The User acknowledges that the "X Trend Indicator" and associated scripts are non-tangible irrevocable digital goods. The Service is deemed fully rendered and consumed at the precise moment the User receives the access link, invitation to the private Telegram channel, or the source code file.

3. Payment & Refund Policy (Detailed)

Due to the digital nature of the product (access to intellectual property), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

3.1. User Payment Errors

The Service Provider is NOT responsible for errors made by the User during the payment process. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending funds to an incorrect wallet address.
  • Selecting the wrong blockchain network (e.g., sending USDT via ERC20 instead of TRC20).
  • Loss of funds due to exchange or wallet interface errors.

In such cases, the funds are irretrievably lost, and the Service Provider is under no obligation to grant access to the Product.

4. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, and commodities carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.

X Trend is strictly an analytical tool. We do not provide financial advice. Past performance of the indicator is not indicative of future results. The User assumes full responsibility for all trading decisions.

5. Dispute Resolution & Claims

We prioritize maintaining our reputation and the trust of our 10k+ Active Users. However, in the event of a dispute, the following procedure is mandatory:

  1. Negotiation Phase: Before initiating any public claim or chargeback, the User constitutes to contact the Administration via the official support bot (@Dev0880_bot).
  2. Evidence Submission: The User must provide exhaustive information regarding the claim, including transaction hashes, screenshots, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Resolution Timeframe: The Administration undertakes to review the claim within 7 business days.

Failure to follow this procedure or initiating a chargeback without prior negotiation will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the User's license and a ban from the community.
