Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

X Trend offers digital, non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of trading indicators, scripts, and proprietary analytical tools. Due to the nature of digital intellectual property and immediate access granted upon payment confirmation, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not proceed with payment.

2. Service Delivery & Completion

The service is considered fully rendered and completed at the moment when:

  • Access credentials (TradingView invitation link) are sent to your registered email or Telegram account.
  • Source code files or scripts are hosted on TradingView servers and considered delivered when they appear in the Invite-only section.
  • Invitation to the private Telegram channel is issued.

Once any of the above occurs, the digital good has been consumed, and the transaction is irreversible.

3. User Payment Errors (No Liability)

X Trend is not responsible for any errors made by the User during the payment process. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect wallet address: Sending cryptocurrency to a wrong or mistyped address.
  • Wrong blockchain network: Sending USDT via ERC20 instead of TRC20, or USDC via wrong network.
  • Insufficient network fees: Transaction stuck or failed due to low gas fees.
  • Exchange/wallet errors: Issues caused by third-party platforms (Binance, Trust Wallet, MetaMask, etc.).

In such cases, the funds are considered irretrievably lost, and X Trend has no obligation to grant product access or issue refunds.

4. Technical Issues & Exceptions

In rare cases where a technical error occurs on X Trend's side (e.g., failure to deliver access despite confirmed payment), the following protocol applies:

4.1. Mandatory Pre-Claim Process

  1. Contact our official support bot @Dev0880_bot within 48 hours of payment.
  2. Provide transaction hash, payment screenshot, TradingView ID, and selected tier.
  3. Allow 7 business days for investigation and resolution.

4.2. Resolution Options

If the claim is verified as legitimate, X Trend may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Access Correction: Immediate delivery of the purchased product.
  • Account Credit: Equivalent credit for future purchases or tier upgrade.
  • Partial Refund: In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued, minus processing fees.

Full refunds are NOT issued under any circumstances once access has been granted, even partially.

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting X Trend support is considered a violation of this agreement and will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all product access and licenses.
  • Permanent ban from the X Trend community and future purchases.
  • Blacklist of the User's TradingView ID, email, and Telegram account.

We prioritize maintaining trust with our 10,000+ Active Users and handle disputes professionally. However, fraudulent chargebacks undermine this trust and will be treated as such.

6. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual plans):

  • Users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

To cancel, contact @Dev0880_bot or manage your subscription through your account dashboard (if applicable).
